All the Casks come direct from the distillery's.
And for this reason they can officially Include with all their pens with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Once the Casks come in they are first dismantled and then they check all the stave's individually.
they are then cut into the pen blanks needed for making and turning the pens, ensuring at all times the very best of the grain pattern and colours that were produced when the cask was full of Whisky are kept. Some of the casks are over 200 years old.
